Fresh Air L P To Whom It May Concern: My name is Lynda Morefield. I am writing this to thank your company and your tech that was on duty last night. Yesterday my parents A/C went out. We called several companies. Many of them never called us back. My parents are in their late 60’s early 70’s. My mother has lung problems and by the time I arrived there last night it was over 90 degrees in the house. Any my mother was having problems breathing. I called your company close to 9PM last night. Within 5 minutes your tech called me back and within 45 minutes had arrived at their homer. By that time I had gone home, but my parents said that your tech was extremely nice. And right away started the process to get them a new unit installed. Your company finished everything last night even though it took until nearly 1AM this morning. I called this morning to thank your company and find out who the tech was and to make sure he was thanked. I was told that his name is Allen Mushinski. Please thank him for me. My parents do not know that I called or wrote this, but it really meant a lot to them and me that your company helped us, even at such a late hour. You now have a new customer for life. Fresh Air Air Conditioning & heating Gentlemen: I would like to commend your employee, Bobby Kroboth, for his excellence in service and attitude when he checked my heat on December 23. He not only did a good job, but he went above and beyond the requested service. When I mentioned that my gas bill was extremely high, he checked around the house for gas leaks, but found none and suggested that I call the gas company to check the reading-perhaps it was a mistake. The gas company confirmed it was an inaccurate reading and changed by bill, a savings for $96.44! As we passed a water faucet, I commented that I would have to go to Lowe’s to get some insulation to wrap around the pipes in preparation for the expected hard freeze that night. Bobby immediately said that it wouldn’t be necessary because he had apiece in his truck that he would give me. He saved me a trip and some valuable time. I was having a “bad computer” week trying to resolve some difficult problems by phone with computer technicians. Bobby’s cheerful service was like a breath of “Fresh Air”. Sonny Roncancio Dear Mr. Roncancio, We spoke with several different companies over the past year, regarding our aging air conditioning and heating equipment. The decision to have FRESH AIR complete this project was due to the knowledge and presentation by you and your employees. Competitive pricing, and a comprehensive improvement to the multi-unit equipment efficiency was addressed, not just replacement of the old system. We are very pleased with the replacement of the air conditioning and heating units and, appreciate the extra time and attention you and your employees took to ensure all our concerns were addressed with the installation of this new system. Although the home is 20+ years old, we now have improved efficiency, and better control of the different zones, with the changes you made to the venting from each unit. The venting system is working exactly as you said it would. Please extend our appreciation to your crew; they were professional in every aspect. You assured us they would be finished in 2 days, but they completed the project in less. Fresh Air LP Re: Installation of Heat Exchanger Dear Sonny: Today when I arrived home, I was pleasantly surprised to find two of your courteous and competent men from Fresh Air. They had just completed installing our new heat exchanger upstairs. It was a double pleasure to notice that they had drop cloths everywhere, and my holiday decorations and carpet were intact. Thank you so much for your prompt concern and response to our call this morning. The heat exchange may have lasted for the winter, but we did not want to chance it. Allen and Brian have given us a sense of safety and well being for several years now whenever they have had to perform any service here, and you should be very proud of them. I do hope you will let them know how very much we appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond without asking, and for making us feel so much more than just customers. Fresh Air L P ATTN: Sonny Dear Sonny, Since you installed my new Infinity three zone system on May 5, and since Allen came back on June 7 to tune it up, Arlene and I have had a good opportunity to experience it under the sever heat spell we have had. I am pleased to report that we are very satisfied with the system. We find the zoning system allows us to be comfortable wherever we are in the house, day and night. Since Allen adjusted the maximum fan speeds and relocated the main controller, we have no more problems with high noise level. I am convinced that moving the main controller into the center of its zone has resulted in more even cooling throughout the house. One outstanding feature we have noticed with the new unit is that it normally runs so quietly and cools the house so evenly that there is no sensation of how hot it is outside until we open an outside door and are hit in the face with a blast of heat. I will be watching the electric bill and comparing it to last year’s bill, but I’m not sure the dry, hot June of this year will be a fair comparison. When I get a reasonable duration to compare the new unit to, I will be willing to share my cost (in Kilowatt-hours) with you. Your crew did an outstanding job in removing the old unit and installing the new unit, and left our house very clean, I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the flexibility your company has shown in working with us. While we have not had an opportunity to use the heating system, I am confident it will be as effective as the fooling system has been. This was a job well done. Thanks William D. Ball

Fresh Air Dear Sonny: Sometimes service personnel have such an acute focus on the task for which they are sent out that they get tunnel vision and fail to see the broader aspects of simply “being a good guy.” This past Wednesday, Brian came out on a service call to simply do an annual check on our air conditioning. Just as he drove up, Rita and I (both in our 70s) were trying to figure out how to get a 100 lb. sack of cement out of the back seat of the car and into a wheel barrow. Brian promptly offered to help and I eagerly accepted. There was a time when this short of thing would not have been needed but a this age those things are very welcome. I could have lifted that sack with a little help from Rita, but neither of us would have been the same for the rest of the day. Fresh Air L P Back in April I called Fresh Air to come repair our A/C outside unit, which had suddenly gone out the day before. The unit was only 6 years old. My husband and I were not too thrilled to thank that we might have a major repair, or worse, a replacement on a unit we had purchased only 6 years prior. What a relief when your technician, Jim K., looked it over and informed us it was only a bad connection and could be repaired for less than $100. We were appreciated the professionalism and honesty of your company and employee. A couple of weeks later a neighbor needed a second opinion on some work needed on his A/C. (He had been given a quote from another company that seemed kind of high) I told him of our good experience with Fresh Air and recommended he call. He did and I’m pleased to say your technician was able to find a problem with my friends A/C that was overlooked by the other company. This turned out to be a less expensive repair and my neighbor was able to get it fixed and saved a substantial sum of money. I do not usually take time from my busy schedule to write to companies about anything, but when you find a company that is honest and reliable, I think that should be commended.
