Arturo Solorzano came out on 09/04/2012 to service our non cooling AC unit. He was friendly, thorough and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He tried to get us going by just cooling down the condenser and said to let him know in the morning how it was cooling. All fans etc. were running when he left our home.

Unfortunately, it didn't last and it didn't cool during the night. Before we could make the call in the morning he had called us (this was before 0800). He then put us on the schedule working around some medical appointments we had to go to. He said we should call the dispatcher when we returned home and he would be back out, which he was. He found a defective fan motor on top of the outdoor unit and being that the unit is only 2 years old went the distance to keep the parts under their warranty.

He also did the maintenance as we had purchased that agreement the prior evening. He was most efficient and had our house cooling again in no time. He also was very willing to help explain some things regarding our thermostat and a small portable room AC unit we were using in our bedroom during this time. A few hours after he left our home, he called to check if all was working so we would have a comfortable night.

We went to bed that night with comfort and peace of mind. We want to THANK YOU and especially Arturo for you GREAT service. Arturo is a real asset to your company. Incidentally, we found your company on the back of our church bulletin (St. Angela Merici). We will recommend your fine company to our friends and family if they need heating and AC service.
